Vincent Rutherford Brown

Photographer Vincent Rutherford Brown is a DC native and Ward 7 resident. His work has appeared in Photographer’s Journal and the Hole In The Sky gallery in NE. Mr. Brown is a production assistant at both UDC Cable TV and Arlington Independent Media. He’s directed short films and music videos, and hopes that his creative output inspires the youth East of the River.
